Arun and Reeta Gupta

Mr. Arun Gupta is the Chairman and Managing Director of the company and his wife Reeta Gupta the Director of the company. Mr Arun Gupta is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and with a Masters degree in finance management (MFM) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Bombay. After retiring from serving the Government of India for 22 years in the Revenue Services, and with his background as a civil engineer, he formed this company. Mrs. Reeta Gupta is a post graduate with a Masters degree in Physics and is in charge of administration at the Head Office.
Siddharth Gupta

Mr. Siddharth Gupta graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelors (Honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (BEng) in 2000. He has the responsibilities of managing finance, liaison with government officials, and design and development within the company and was overseeing finance during the construction of Rajwakti Hydro-electric power plant. He was also actively involved in the implementation and construction of the Vanala Hydro-electric power project.
Manu Gupta

Mr. Manu Gupta graduated from the University of Bath with a Masters (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering (MEng). He received the Smallpeice Trust Award for the best design for his Business and Design Project which was sponsored by the Bath Institute of Medical Engineering (BIME). He is responsible for managing the daily affairs of the company and of human resources and personnel. It is also his responsibility for the allocation and management of company finances for undergoing projects, supervising staff, ensuring site maintenance and overseeing construction.
