ATS group is working on a 300-acre integrated township project in Dera Bassi, 12 kilometres from Chandigarh airport with an investment of Rs 2,500 crore. The project will consist of 540 villas and 4,000 group housing units.
The township will offer housing options ranging from customised villas and independent floors to modern Medi¬terranean-style apartments.
The two-storey villas are being offered in two sizes of 3,150 sq ft and 4,500 sq ft, while independent floors will be available in sizes of 3,000 sq ft and 4,000 sq ft, and three and four bedroom flats in sizes of 1,800 sq ft, 2,200 sq ft and 2,800 sq ft.
The project is divided into phases and the entire township is due for completion in the next five years. The current price for a 3,150 sq ft villa is Rs 1.25 crore and for a 4,500 sq ft villa is Rs 1.8 crore. The current price of the group-housing unit is Rs 2,250 per sq ft.
